Development of a PLC code generator for faceplate blocks for S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300/400
Kříž, Petr ; Weber, Martin (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The main goal of this bachelor’s thesis was creating a tool for generating PLC code according to entered data. Generator works with function blocks that are assigned to each faceplate object from faceplate library provided by COMPAS Automatizace, spol s.r.o. Source file is created from generated code and program blocks in program TIA Portal V13 are created from this source file.
FACEPLATE library for WinCC V11 HMI Software
Kubát, Zdeněk ; Zezulka, František (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The first goal of this Bc. work was to verify if and under what circumstances is it possible for the FACEPLATE library to migrate from WinCC version 7 into WinCC version 11. The second goal was to create graphical objects of electric equipment of the FACEPLATE library for the environment of WinCC version 11 SP2. Each object in the library was given a program for easy connect with code saved in PLC. The last part of the work is dedicated to verification of functionality of the created library using a model example.
Design and implementation of ISA-S88 laboratory model
Husák, Michal ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
Bachelor thesis aims to clarify the control of batch processes, by using standard ANSI/ISA-S88. It implements the standard in the school example project, which will become a part of the laboratory practices in the course Process Control (MAUP). The design of assignment contains valuable tips for successfully finishing a laboratory task. The example protocol documents the program solution, which is also a detailed guide for students. The task is realized on the "Balls" laboratory model, which had to have its hardware innovated and wiring documented. Innovation of the model was done during the semester thesis, for the needs of course Programmable Logic Controllers (BPGA).
Visualization for a Mobile Separation Unit
Kysilko, Petr ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
With the SCADA system it is possible to control all available components which are designed for this purpose. It also allows to modify the process by settings the parameters in the beginning of the process but also during the process. This control is conditioned by the knowledge of the operator who will set these parameters. System can also warn the operator of possible warnings in the system or unexpected errors during the process. This bachelor thesis deals with this issue and it will be focused on real device for separation of product. For the real technological process the device called mobile separation vessel will be used advanced visualization elements such as faceplate elements or pop-up panels.
Automatic generation of visualizations for operator panels
Průšek, Jan ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Benešl, Tomáš (advisor)
Aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore advanced methods of creating operator HMIs for use in industrial automation. The first part of this thesis describes the process of creating a project in the TIA Portal containing a test PLC, HMI TP1500 Comfort panel and HMI Unified comfort panel. Universal faceplatess for common process elements and for sensors were created for both panels. The second part of the bachelor thesis deals with the automatic generation of HMI screens using the SiVArc tool.
HMI for beverage filling machines
Mládek, Ondřej ; Sobotka, Milan (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of my work is to create an application for control and visualization of beverage line. This work describes the advantages that automation brings into production. There is a description for worldwide used visualization programs InTouch, WinCC, Reliance 4 and Control Web. For completeness there are described Siemens visualization panels. New faceplate type objects were created in the program environment of WinCC flexible 2008 Standard for the individual machines of the line. Faceplates are used in visualization for 19" touch panel. Simulations is created in STEP 7 program. Data are collected in the .csv files. After that they are modified through the VBA macro.
Batch manufacturing control
Kysilko, Petr ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The aim of master thesis was go trought topic about batch process control and to develop a library of blocks for the Siemens TIA Portal development environment. The ANSI/ISA 88 standard, which is used for the design of control systems, and the reation of P&ID process diagrams were discussed. Based on the knowledge of SIMATIC PCS 7, blocks for control modules, equipment modules and phases were created for the TIA Portal environment. For all these blocks, faceplate objects were created to represent the current device states on the HMI and also pop-up panels to control them. To connect the communication between the PLC and the HMI, user data types (UDT) were created for each block to save the required power tags. Subsequently, a visual control application was developed using the library blocks.
Add-On instructions and Faceplates for Dobot
Novák, Radim ; Foukal, Roman (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This master thesis deals with industrial static robot Dobot Magician. First part of this work is dedicated to a theoretical information about such robots, adventages and disadvantages of each type and it’s use. The second part of this thesis is devoted to the practical outputs of this work, hardware design, software solution, visualization and demonstration of those parts.
